Ok, so if any of you have a Chrysler product listen up!  I have a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that I have had problems with.  I take it to the dealership because they are supposed to be certified to work on these cars…right!?  Well of course they charge more than the small shops do, but would you suspect not getting service at all, or saying there is nothing wrong with her car when clearly it is or fixing something and said it is fixed when it is not!!  Farris Dodge in Rocky Mount SUCKS!  I will never pay another dime in that place and that is a promise.  My husband has a small shop he takes his cars too and so far he has not done us wrong, so he will be the one to fix my Jeep from now on.  So Farris Dodge…SUCK IT!
